Moving to the Netherlands meant discovering new traditions—like the classic Dutch apple pie. Of course, I couldn’t resist giving it a little Italian twist.
Now, every time family or friends visit from Italy, I bake it as a warm welcome. A slice of home, with a touch of my own. Sweet, rich, and comforting—just like good company around the table.
